Relaunch of New Spectrum Enterprise Website Delivers on the Virtual Customer Experience

After three companies joined forces to create Spectrum Enterprise, the company came to OX to transform its digital experience into a single destination for brand storytelling, product education and demand generation. One of Spectrum Enterprise’s challenges was the lack of brand awareness necessary to connect with and fuel demand generation with a large-scale corporate audience. To solve for this, OX created a digital strategy that considered the user experience at every step of the customer journey.
Beginning with research that defined a set of buyer personas and mapped the customer journey, OX created a cohesive web experience to drive qualified leads. The site mapped clear paths to conversion, regardless of where users were in their consideration journey. Since the site launched in July 2020, early returns on investment have been strong. In its first three months, there was a 67 percent increase in content engagement, a 32 percent increase in downloaded content and a 32 percent increase in conversion rate showing that Spectrum Enterprise is a growing contender in enterprise telecommunications.
