The Problem

As an established e-commerce retailer, eFaucets.com created new spinoff brand Hausera to inspire shoppers and interior designers to complete their vision of home—and become recurring customers in the process. This new brand required a beautiful and functional web experience that would compete against best-in-class brands in the home decor space.

Beginning the effort, OX defined the digital strategy and key audiences for Hausera.com. These clearly articulated personas informed site requirements and prioritized the features and functionality roadmap.

User Experience

The new site allows users to navigate Hausera products in several intuitive ways. Shoppers can also view products within the context of beautifully designed spaces, adding an aspirational lifestyle dimension to the shopping experience.

Web Design

Fully responsive with configurable shopping options, the flexible design system creates a uniquely branded shopping experience while enabling seamless ecommerce tasks for contractors and DIYers alike.

Ambassadors

OX built a program for Hausera to partner with key design influencers in the home remodelling space, and created an inbound platform where ambassadors can share tips, tricks, and curated product selections.
