Position Description
As a Associate Director, Marketing at OX, you will lead our agency marketing efforts. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Business Development to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company’s goals and vision.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that supports the company’s overall business objectives and enhances our brand image and reputation.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development to align marketing and sales efforts, and develop campaigns that drive qualified leads and new business opportunities.
  • Lead our partner marketing efforts, which includes driving co-branded campaigns, joint content creation, affiliate marketing, referral programs, and other initiatives. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with partners, and executing campaigns that drive measurable results for both parties. 
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, key competitors, and new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and manage a marketing budget, track spending, and ensure that all initiatives are cost-effective and generate a positive return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for various channels, including email, social media, website, and events.
  • Develop and drive thought leadership initiatives that establish the company as a leader in the industry.
  • Develop content as needed, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars, to support marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance using data and analytics tools, and adjust strategies and tactics as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, partners, and clients, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary and assigned from time to time.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing with experience leading various projects or tracks of work independently or with limited oversight
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital agency, consulting, and professional services industries
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred.
  • Experience developing thought leadership initiatives and creating content to support marketing campaigns.
